Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept returns or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details


We aim to provide accurate detailed information and pictures in each of our listings. In the unfortunate case that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. Returns and exchanges will be considered on an individual basis, within 30 days from purchase. Shipping expenses will not be reimbursed.

Product Return Guidelines:
--> Return new/unused product(s) in original packaging
--> Ship via USPS Priority, FedEx, or UPS
--> Provide us with shipment Tracking Number
--> An exchange and/or refund will be issued after receipt of returned product (shipping expenses will not be reimbursed)

All International sales are final.


If a package is LOST or STOLEN:
--> the customer will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

If a product is DAMAGED:
--> the customer is responsible for contacting us immediately in order to file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier. Please note that photographic evidence of damaged product(s) and packaging will be required for the insurance claim. When the claim is accepted, we will be able to work on a replacement.

If you are sending a gift, we'd love to include your personal wishes along with the package, just let us know your special message via CONVO!

If you need a custom size, please send us a CONVO. Keep in mind, our retail prices reflect production run quantities, meaning we precut multiple items at once and finish-to-order. This process allows us to keep our retail costs lower. When producing a one-off, unique custom item, the labor costs increase, and in turn, so does the overall price.

At this time, we do not offer wholesale.
